Functional and fancy hotel in Ottawa with immensely pleasant staff who allowed us to check in early and arranged for a late checkout at request. The breakfasts with baguette.

Fantastic place to stay with brilliant location close to Byward Market area and delicious food. Outstanding breakfast with a wide range of meals.

Overall the room is newly remodelled, functional and includes a safe box, air conditioning, and a hair dryer.

The hotel is fairly clean and nestled in a chic style building with a great location. The units are nicely equipped, newly remodelled. The lobby bar is lively.

The pool was great and I had strong drinks in the lobby bar. Besides, I was able to park under ground.

The service provided there was exceptional. Fairly quiet and very fancy units with a very comfortable mattress, the pull out couch, for example, and the staff were very good.

Didn't like the area, it was horrible.

Hip new hotel in a very lively area near to restuarants, the lively Byward market with a wide choice of restaurants and shops and really great pubs. Very courteous staff during my stay.

Well laid out and well-appointed units with double beds.

Simply no complaints, fantastic stay. Fairly quiet rooms, exceptionally good view of the mountains. Generally exceptional service with parking on-site. Not to mention very good wifi!

The facilities were clean and the breakfast was amazing and delicious with French toast, pancakes plus pancakes in a very pleasant.
